Nut & Leaf is the trading name of Elena's Treats, a UK artisan producer of premium nut butters and spreads. Throughout these Terms, "Nut & Leaf", "we", "our" and "us" refer to Elena's Treats trading as Nut & Leaf.

Every product is made with care, and every order is prepared with the same attention to quality and service that goes into the products themselves. If you have any questions before placing an order, we're always happy to help.

USING OUR WEBSITE

  You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or affect the experience of other users.

 Every effort is made to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur, and Nut & Leaf reserves the right to amend or update the website and its content at any time without prior notice.

 

OUR PRODUCTS

  Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredient lists and pricing are accurate. As our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in appearance, colour and texture may naturally occur. These variations are part of the character of artisan-made products and do not affect their quality.

   All ingredients and allergens are clearly listed on each product page and product label. It is the customer's responsibility to check this information before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding ingredients or allergens, please contact us before purchasing.

   As many of our products are produced in small batches, availability may vary from time to time. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered either a suitable alternative, where appropriate, or a full refund.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been received. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

 A contract between you and Nut & Leaf is formed only when your order has been accepted, prepared for dispatch and you receive confirmation that it has been dispatched.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will be contacted as soon as possible and any payment made will be refunded in full.

 

PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated separately and are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

 Nut & Leaf uses Shopify to power its online shop. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorised payment providers. Nut & Leaf does not collect, store or have access to your full payment card details.
